At Leading Change Africa (LCA), the Undergraduate Program continues to create opportunities for scholars to learn, grow, and connect their academic journey with real-world experiences.

This July, Leading Change Africa officially launched the 2026 LCAP Blueprint Program, welcoming a new cohort of aspiring entrepreneurs ready to transform promising ideas into sustainable businesses.

Artificial intelligence is transforming industries across the globe, yet many young Africans still lack access to practical learning opportunities and meaningful mentorship. The AI Challenge was designed to bridge that gap. Over four months, participants immersed themselves in an intensive learning experience that combined technical training, leadership development, mentorship, teamwork, and hands-on innovation.
