The Leading Change Accelerator Program (LCAP) is a dynamic initiative featuring four key components: Entrepreneurship, Stewardship, Finance, and Rural Development. Our program features intensive courses lasting 1 to 12 weeks modules. Participants, ranging from young adults to young professionals aged 18 to 38, refine their expertise in these crucial areas.

Whether in for an individual, NGO/nonprofit or business venture, our accelerator aims to advance participants' skills and knowledge within a short timeframe. It often entails rigorous training, mentorship, networking, and resource access, all geared towards hastening individual or business growth and success. Accelerators specializing in domains such as entrepreneurship, technology, leadership, or specific industries, equipping participants with necessary tools and support for rapid goal achievement.
