For Hanifa, a participant in Leading Change Africa's Leadership Academy, the experience became a turning point one that helped her discover new possibilities, strengthen her leadership skills, and take her first steps into entrepreneurship.

Beyond the Classroom

When Hanifa joined the Leadership Academy, she was eager to grow personally, develop her leadership abilities, and broaden her perspective. Like many young people, she had done much of her previous learning in a traditional classroom setting.
