As Leading Change Africa (LCA) prepares for its 2026 Annual Gala, The Ripple Effect, we are pleased to introduce John Daniels III and Sharon Reed as this year's Gala Co-Chairs.

Countless Lives Changed, reflects a central belief at the heart of LCA's mission: when young people are equipped with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities to lead, the impact can extend far beyond the individual. It can strengthen families, transform communities, and inspire future generations.

The Gala provides an opportunity to celebrate this vision, recognise the people and partnerships that make it possible, and renew our collective commitment to developing young Africans into leaders and leaders into agents of change.

With John Daniels III and Sharon Reed serving as Co-Chairs, we look forward to an evening shaped by shared purpose, meaningful connections, and a celebration of the possibilities that emerge when people come together around a common vision.
