Leading Change Africa is proud to celebrate Teegawende Josephine Segrado, a scholar in our Post-Secondary Program, who has been awarded the highly competitive Jack Kent Cooke Foundation Undergraduate Transfer Scholarship.
Josephine began her journey with Leading Change Africa through our six-month Leadership Academy in Burkina Faso, where she gained essential skills in leadership, personal development, and academic readiness. With LCA’s support, she pursued her associate degree at Madison College (USA), excelling both academically and in community service.
Now, Josephine will continue her studies in Engineering at a four-year university (Rochester Institute of Technology) in New York, a major step toward her goal of contributing to Africa’s technological and industrial development.
This achievement is not only a testament to Josephine’s talent and perseverance but also a reflection of LCA’s mission to equip young Africans to become leaders and agents of change.
Join us in making a difference in people's lives.
