Eligibility Criteria
​
Age: 18-22 years old (Final-year high school students turning 18 by July 2025 are eligible)
Education: Minimum 14/20 in BAC; open to undergraduates (1st & 2nd year)
English Proficiency: Basic level with a willingness to improve
Leadership & Motivation: Submit a 500-word personal statement on academic goals & community involvement
Financial Need: Provide details on household income & family size
