The Leading Change Accelerator Program (LCAP) Blueprint is a 10-weeks virtual accelerator designed to support young African entrepreneurs at the idea stage or early stage (0–1 year).

The program equips participants with the skills, mentorship, and tools needed to develop a business plan, build and test a Minimum Viable Product (MVP), and prepare for pitching to potential funders.

Program Objectives
Empower Young Entrepreneurs
Provide early-stage entrepreneurs with the knowledge and skills needed to launch and grow their businesses.
Pitching
Equip entrepreneurs with strategic persuasive communication techniques to secure funding and build strong stakeholder relationships.
MVP Development
Guide participants through the process of building, testing, and refining their MVPs to ensure market fit and scalability.

Open to college students and young Professionals in the U.S working on Solutions for the African Continent, as well as individuals in Africa and the diaspora

Applicants must be founders, CEO’s or Managing Directors of the Startup.

Applicants must have a business that is at idea stage or early-stage (0-1 years in operation).

Ability to fully participate in the 10 weeks long virtual program from July to September

Must be proficient in English

Must have access to an internet enabled device (laptop or smartphone) as well as access to the internet.
