Post-Secondary Programs

At Leading Change Africa, we believe that education is the most powerful tool for transformation. Our post-secondary programs are designed to equip young Africans with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to excel academically and professionally. Through mentorship, training and global connections, we're helping to create a new generation of changemakers who will drive innovation and progress across the continent.

1. Undergraduate Track Program

The Undergraduate Track Program is an intensive two-month initiative designed for students with a minimum 14/20 in BAC as well as first and second year students. 

Key Objectives

Leadership & Skills Development

Develop essential leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.

University Scholarship Support

Help students secure funding opportunities for your university studies.

English Proficiency Training

Help students achieve at least Duolingo 100 / B2 proficiency

Program Structure

  • Open to 350+ applicants, with 80 students selected based on academic performance, motivation, and leadership potential.

  • Gender balance, geographic diversity, and socioeconomic inclusion are prioritized.

  • Community engagement projects, such as a Cleaning Day initiative.

Graduation & Scholarships
  • Certificate of Completion awarded at a Graduation Ceremony.

  • MasterCard Foundation Scholarship application support.

  • Direct LCA Sponsorship: 16 top participants receive up to $2,500 for university tuition.

2. Graduate Track Program

The Graduate Track Program at Leading Change supports ambitious students in securing admission to top-tier Master’s and PhD programs worldwide. Through structured mentorship, skill development, and funding guidance, we help participants gain study-related job opportunities such as research and teaching assistantships

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Bachelor’s degree (completed or final year)

  • Ages 22–35 (exceptions for outstanding candidates)

  • Strong academic and leadership potential

  • Commitment to community impact

  • Willingness to take English proficiency training (if needed)
