Our post-secondary programs are designed to equip young Africans with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to excel academically and professionally. Open to 350+ applicants, with 80 students selected based on academic performance, motivation, and leadership potential.

2. Graduate Track Program
The Graduate Track Program at Leading Change supports ambitious students in securing admission to top-tier Master’s and PhD programs worldwide. Through structured mentorship, skill development, and funding guidance, we help participants gain study-related job opportunities such as research and teaching assistantships
